After completing the sale of three assets from the same portfolio in the first quarter, James and Myers of Marcus & Millichap sell the 120-unit Northwest Hills multifamily property
AUSTIN, TEXAS – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has announced the sale of Woodstone, a 120-unit multifamily property located in the Northwest Hills neighborhood of Austin, Texas, according to J. Michael Watson, Regional Manager of the firm’s Austin office.
Joe James and Kent Myers, Senior Associates in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, acquired the exclusive listing to market the property. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured by James and Myers.
Woodstone is a Class B property built in 1979 in one of the most desirable Austin submarkets. Property amenities include a resident clubhouse, business center, swimming pool, water volleyball court, barbecue areas and an on-site laundry facility.
The trade of Woodstone Apartments represents the final disposition of a four-property portfolio brought to market by James and Myers on behalf of The Hayman Company. In February, three others; Woodmark, Quail Run and Gateways in North Austin, were also sold by James and Myers.
